Prepare period-end variance reports comparing actuals to budget and forecast, research significant variances with department leaders, and summarize drivers and risks for leadership. Build ROI and cash-flow analyses for proposed capital projects and renovations, and track results against original projections after completion. Respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests with in-depth analysis of financial and operational trends, presenting findings and recommendations clearly to non-finance audiences. Participate in departmental P&L reviews to identify trends, budget misses, and forecast opportunities. Support the core accounting team at period end by preparing a limited number of journal entries and assigned account reconciliations, in compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
