Pines Auto Group is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of body repair tasks to ensure vehicles are restored to their original condition with high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bodywork repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the materials and equipment necessary for repairs
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and vehicle specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
