Key responsibilities | 工作职责

  • Custom carpentry and interior fit-out works. 负责各类定制木工及室内装修木作工程。
  • Fabricate various types of custom-built furniture. 制作各类定制家具及木制品。
  • Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters. 带领、监督及协调木工团队的日常工作。
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship according to approved drawings and specifications. 根据已批准的施工图纸及规格要求，确保施工质量及手工标准。
  • Manage work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time. 合理安排工作进度，确保工程按时完成。
  • Work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects. 能够独立负责及完成所分配的工程项目。

About you | 职位要求

  • Proven experience in custom carpentry and interior fit-out works, preferably in Singapore. 具备丰富的定制木工及室内装修木作经验，有新加坡相关工作经验者优先。
  • Skilled in fabricating various types of custom-built furniture. 熟练制作各类定制家具及木制品。
  • Able to read, understand and work independently from technical drawings. 能独立看懂、理解施工图纸，并按照图纸要求进行制作。
  • Capable of leading and managing a team of carpenters. 具备带领及管理木工团队的能力。
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of workmanship. 注重施工细节，手工精细，对工程品质有较高要求。
  • Responsible, reliable and able to meet project deadlines. 有责任心、做事可靠，并能够按时完成工程。
  • Experience in managing carpentry or subcontract works will be an advantage. 有木工管理或包工经验者优先考虑。
