Role Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Manager at Ping you will...

  • Scale Sales Enablement: Architect and lead high-impact field enablement initiatives that drive performance and productivity across our global sales field.
  • Strategic Enablement Builder: Act as the bridge between enablement platform capabilities and strategic enablement outcomes while building, releasing and iterating enablement programs and resources for evolving Field needs.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to Revenue Enablement teammates aligning enablement initiatives directly with revenue goals to ensure organizational alignment and buy-in.
  • Elevate Discovery & Value Articulation: Equip sellers to uncover customer priorities, challenges, and desired outcomes through effective discovery, then translate Ping’s solutions into differentiated value expressed in the customer’s own language.
  • Drive Behavioral Change: Design and facilitate immersive, scenario-based workshops (&/or on-demand) that transform "knowledge" into "skill” demonstrated in applied best practices in day-to-day selling motion.
  • Modernize Coaching: Implement and lead the adoption of AI-powered platforms and coaching tools to provide personalized, scalable development for new and tenured sellers.
  • Global Frameworks: Operationalize sales standards with training and reinforcement on internal playbooks, MEDDPPICC, pipeline management & forecasting expectations to support sales excellence and value-driven customer engagement.

In this role, you will lead revenue enablement efforts for Ping’s field organization, translating sales strategy into effective frontline execution. By mastering Ping’s methodologies and leveraging AI-powered resources, you will equip sellers with the customer-facing skills and technical fluency needed to perform efficiently and effectively. You will design and scale role-based enablement, coaching, and reinforcement programs that embed best practices into daily workflows, strengthen execution consistency, improve forecast accuracy, and drive predictable revenue growth. You will support continuous “everboarding” on emerging customer challenges, evolving solutions, and differentiated value propositions so sellers can respond to market needs and create value throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead cross-functional alignment and provide bi-weekly reporting updates to key stakeholders.
  • Supplier Relationship: Act as the primary owner and lead for Enablement Content Management, serving as the main point of contact for the enablement platform.
  • Tooling Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of the Field" back to the Enablement roadmap.. Prioritize enhancements in content accessibility, search optimization & design to reduce friction and increase seller productivity and performance.
  • Governance: Manage field feedback loops to ensure the enablement tech stack reflects the evolving everboarding needs aligned to revenue targets and day-to-day realities of the field.

AI-First Content Strategy

  • Framework Development: Spearhead the development and integration of AI-first content frameworks.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools within Ping, content development tools and emerging features in Saleshood platform to enhance learning design and content delivery efficiency.

Field Engagement & Program Delivery

  • Field-Driven Training: Actively manage and prioritize training requests directly from the field.
  • Feedback Loops: Implement processes for the systematic collation and analysis of field feedback on training content to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Program Delivery: Concept and deliver rolling and point in time, on-demand learning experiences for key strategic programs and needs of the field.

Qualifications

What you will bring with you:

  • 5-7+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement, including experience building or significantly rebuilding a program.
  • Measurement of Impact: prioritizing and delivering enablement that drives business impact (e.g., seller contribution, revenue growth, pipeline gen, productivity.).
  • Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar) into the daily rhythm of the field via CRM workflows, playbooks, and coaching tools.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI-driven enablement tech (e.g., Gong, Chorus, Spotlight, MindTickle, Hyperbound, SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, etc.) to automate and enhance coaching. Hands-on fluency with modern GTM and enablement tooling: LMS/content platforms, conversation intelligence (e.g., Chorus, Gong), and AI-native GTM tools (e.g., Glean) and enterprise AI assistants (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) — you direct these tools and drive adoption.
  • Strategic Influence: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and lead large-scale change management initiatives.
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable defining charter and structure where none exists yet, and comfortable being judged on adoption and business metrics, not activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
