Revenue Operations

  • Build and maintain partner dashboards and recurring reporting for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, attainment, and partner productivity
  • Support partner program operations, including tier, incentive, and onboarding metrics, to track program performance and partner readiness
  • Manage deal registration and partner opportunity data to ensure partner-sourced deals are accurately attributed from registration through close
  • Analyze partner coverage, activity, and productivity to identify under-engaged partners, pipeline gaps, and enablement opportunities
  • Support partner revenue forecasting by analyzing partner pipeline trends and reconciling partner-reported results against Salesforce and finance data

Governance and Cross-Functional

  • Maintain CRM and reporting integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, the partner relationship management (PRM) platform, and related systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with Channel, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve processes, reporting standards, and decision quality
  • Document data definitions, attribution rules, and reporting logic so that partner metrics are consistent and auditable
  • Operate independently, recommend actions, and help raise the standard of analysis across the team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role

  • Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems
  • Working knowledge of partner programs, partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue, or PRM and deal registration tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and deliver high-quality output with urgency and attention to detail

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
