The posting

Das machst du bei uns:

  • Du verantwortest die IT- und Systemarchitektur unserer digitalen Lernplattformen, einschließlich unserer KI-basierten Lösungen, und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter.
  • Du integrierst KI- und LLM-Komponenten in unsere Produkte und gestaltest die dafür nötige Infrastruktur mit.
  • Du verantwortest das Identity- und Access-Management, etwa mit Keycloak und SSO, sowie Schnittstellen zu internen Systemen und Kundensystemen wie LMS und HR-Systemen.
  • Du begleitest technische Anforderungen in Enterprise-Projekten mit unseren Kund:innen.
  • Du treibst Migrations- und Modernisierungsprojekte voran, zum Beispiel die Überführung von Services in unsere eigene Infrastruktur, und stellst dabei einen stabilen Betrieb sicher.
  • Du schaffst Transparenz über Infrastruktur- und Betriebskosten, einschließlich der KI-Nutzung, und lieferst die Grundlage für Kalkulation und Kostensteuerung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit CTO, IT-Leitung, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen, übersetzt Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Lösungen und bist Sparringspartner:in für andere Teams.
  • Du definierst Architekturstandards, Best Practices und Dokumentation und berücksichtigst Datenschutz, Sicherheit und Compliance, etwa nach DSGVO und ISO 27001, von Anfang an.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT- oder Systemarchitekt:in oder als Senior Engineer mit Architekturverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Infrastruktur, Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD) und API-Design
  • Erfahrung im Identity- und Access-Management mit Keycloak und Microsoft Entra
  • Praxis in Service-Migrationen und im Betrieb produktiver SaaS-Systeme
  • Sicherheit im Aufbau und Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und im Betrieb von Backup- und Wiederherstellungskonzepten
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen, und die Fähigkeit, Technik auch für Nicht-Techniker:innen verständlich zu machen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
