Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Texas - Remote work!

Founded in the 1960's, we are a full service law firm with 5 offices and 100 attorneys. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties:

Work remote! Looking for candidates in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
  • Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials

Required: · TX Bar · Recent insurance defense experience

You should know some of the following: · General, Premises Liability, MVA · Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation · Construction Defect · Products Liability, Toxic Torts · Insurance Coverage
