🛠️Vos missions

Directement rattaché(e) au Chef de chantier, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe d’ouvriers paysagistes : organiser le travail, répartir les tâches, transmettre les consignes et accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs
  • Assurer la bonne exécution des chantiers de travaux neufs (création) : préparation, organisation, suivi et contrôle de la qualité des réalisations
  • Participer activement aux travaux : plantations, engazonnement, maçonnerie paysagère, pose de mobilier, etc.
  • Conduire et utiliser les engins et matériels spécifiques aux espaces verts (mini pelle, etc),
  • Anticiper les besoins en ressources (personnel, matériel, fournitures) et en assurer le suivi auprès du chef de chantier
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences techniques du chantier
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les règles en matière de sécurité, qualité et environnement
  • Assurer le reporting de l’activité et remonter les informations clés à votre hiérarchie

👤 Votre profil

Issu(e) d’une formation en aménagements paysagers (CAP minimum), vous justifiez d’au moins 2 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire en travaux neufs (création).

Vous avez une première expérience réussie en encadrement d’équipe et êtes en mesure de piloter la réalisation d’un chantier dans son ensemble, dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité.

Le permis B est requis, le permis BE est un plus.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de rigueur et êtes capable de mener à bien vos missions au quotidien tout en étant force de proposition sur le terrain.

  • Localisation du poste : Villeneuve le Comte
  • Contrat : CDI TAM 1 ou 2
  • Temps de travail : 39h
  • Rémunération : à partir de 27K€ brut/an selon profil + MG + primes
