🛠️ Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Chef de chantier, vous interviendrez sur les travaux d'aménagement paysager liés au projet du Canal Seine-Nord.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe d'ouvriers paysagistes.
  • Organiser les travaux et répartir les tâches.
  • Assurer la bonne exécution des chantiers de création.
  • Participer aux travaux : plantations, engazonnement, maçonnerie paysagère, pose de mobilier, etc.
  • Conduire les engins et matériels nécessaires aux chantiers (mini-pelle, etc.).
  • Anticiper les besoins en matériel, fournitures et personnel.
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des exigences techniques ainsi que des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement.
  • Assurer le reporting auprès du Chef de chantier.

👤 Votre profil

Issu(e) d'une formation en aménagements paysagers (CAP minimum), vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en travaux neufs (création).

Vous avez une première expérience réussie en encadrement d'équipe et êtes capable de piloter un chantier en autonomie.

Le permis B est indispensable. Le permis BE constitue un véritable atout.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre organisation et votre sens des responsabilités.

📍 Conditions du poste

  • Contrat : CDI – TAM 1 ou TAM 2
  • Temps de travail : 35 heures
  • Rémunération : à partir de 27 K€ brut/an, selon profil + MG + primes
  • Affectation : Chantier du Canal Seine-Nord
  • Déplacements : poste en grand déplacement, avec des interventions principalement dans les départements 80 (Somme), 60 (Oise) et 95 (Val-d'Oise). Les indemnités de grand déplacement sont prises en charge conformément aux dispositions en vigueur.
  • Organisation : Prévoir des déplacements à la semaine, avec retour selon le planning des chantiers.
