🛠️ Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Conducteur de travaux, vous assurez l'entretien et la mise en valeur d'espaces verts haut de gamme auprès d'une clientèle exigeante.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Encadrer, animer et accompagner une équipe d'ouvriers paysagistes.
  • Organiser les interventions quotidiennes et répartir les tâches.
  • Garantir la qualité des prestations réalisées dans le respect des exigences de nos clients.
  • Participer aux travaux d'entretien : tonte, taille (arbustes, haies, topiaires), désherbage, entretien des massifs, soins aux végétaux, plantations saisonnières, paillage...
  • Veiller au bon entretien du matériel et des véhicules.
  • Anticiper les besoins en fournitures et en végétaux.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du Conducteur de travaux sur l'avancement des chantiers.
  • Faire respecter les règles de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement.

Vous évoluerez sur des propriétés privées, résidences de prestige, hôtels, sièges sociaux, domaines d'exception et jardins haut de gamme, où le sens du détail et la qualité de finition sont essentiels.

👤 Votre profil

Issu(e) d'une formation en aménagements paysagers (CAP minimum), vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en entretien d'espaces verts.

Vous possédez une première expérience réussie en management d'équipe et appréciez le travail soigné.

Reconnu(e) pour votre sens du détail, votre rigueur et votre excellent relationnel, vous êtes capable d'intervenir auprès d'une clientèle exigeante en représentant l'image de Pinson Paysage.

Le permis B est indispensable. Le permis BE constitue un véritable atout.

📍 Conditions du poste

  • Contrat : CDI – O6 - Tam 1
  • Temps de travail : 35 heures
  • Rémunération : à partir de 26 K€ brut/an selon profil + MG + primes
