Pinson Paysage vient de célébrer ses 130 ans, et est spécialisée dans la création et l’entretien d’espaces paysagers.

Notre expertise s’étend aux parcs, jardins, terrasses, coulées vertes, plans d’eau, sites historiques, espaces de loisirs et sièges sociaux. Nous intervenons également dans la renaturation et le génie écologique des espaces délaissés, contribuant ainsi à la préservation de la biodiversité.

🛠️Vos missions

Directement rattaché au conducteur de travaux vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Manager les équipes de paysagistes,
  • Répartir et organiser les tâches,
  • Être le garant de la gestion des tâches et du matériel,
  • Assurer les missions de chantier de création dans le respect des plannings, reportings hebdomadaires,…
  • Assurer les missions de soins courants, (Fertilisation, arrosage, travail du sol.)
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité sur les chantiers,
  • Analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions.
  • Evaluer et proposer les besoins en investissement
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, et être garant de la sécurité sur les chantiers,

👤 Votre profil

Titulaire d’un Bac pro ou supérieur en formation Paysage, vous possédez une expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans au poste similaire ou plus de 5 ans au poste de chef d’équipe.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l’organisation, du service et de votre rigueur dans le respect des règles d’exigences de l’entreprise et du client.

Bon Manager communicant, vous saurez interagir aisément avec les clients et le conducteur de travaux. Autonome, Vous recherchez un poste à responsabilités, stimulant et polyvalent, sur lequel vous serez rapidement opérationnel.

  • Contrat : CDI
  • Rémunération : A partir de 32k€, participation, intéressement, mutuelle, paniers repas, véhicule de service.
