Realizar abertura, fechamento e cancelamento de vendas diariamente, fortalecendo a presença da empresa no mercado. Contatar clientes por telefone, e-mail e presencialmente, ampliando a carteira de clientes. Elaborar propostas comerciais, analisar preços da concorrência e negociar condições para fechamento de vendas. Atender clientes presencialmente na porta da empresa, registrando vendas, emitindo notas fiscais e recebendo pagamentos. Acompanhar diariamente pedidos de venda dos vendedores externos, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e condições. Verificar disponibilidade de produtos em estoque e reservar produtos conforme necessidade do cliente. Conferir dados da compra com o cliente para evitar erros de cadastro e faturamento. Buscar feedback pós-venda para garantir satisfação e fidelização. Esclarecer dúvidas de clientes e vendedores externos sobre produtos, enviando informações técnicas, amostras, fotos e vídeos. Informar setores internos sobre reclamações e solicitar recolhimento de materiais quando necessário, garantindo resolução de nãoconformidades. Manter registros de clientes no sistema da empresa para futuros contatos e negociações. Prestar contas ao setor financeiro sobre vendas realizadas, controlando fluxo de caixa e estoque. Verificar pendências financeiras de clientes e liberar ou bloquear vendas conforme situação. Realizar visitas a clientes para fortalecer relacionamento e confiança. Participar de feiras, congressos, workshops e outros eventos, promovendo a marca e ampliando a rede de contatos. Acompanhar relatórios e indicadores de vendas, focando no cumprimento de metas e no plano de ação da empresa.
