Damit unser Betrieb reibungslos läuft, suchen wir eine Werkstudentin bzw. einen Werkstudenten, die/der vor Ort in München mitdenkt, strukturiert anpackt und unseren Teilnehmenden schnell und freundlich weiterhilft.

Deine Rolle & Aufgaben

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Teilnehmenden technisch startklar sind und administrativ alles sauber läuft. Du bist eine erste Anlaufstelle für Tools, Accounts, Organisation und Kommunikation rund um unsere Maßnahmen – zuverlässig, strukturiert und mit einem kühlen Kopf, auch wenn viel gleichzeitig passiert.

Technischer Support & Tool-Setup

  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Accounts für Teilnehmende (u. a. Google, Miro, Slack, Classroom, Groups, Coda)
  • Troubleshooting bei Zugängen, Berechtigungen und typischen Tool-Problemen
  • Unterstützung dabei, dass Onboarding & Nutzung der Tools reibungslos funktionieren

Administration & Operations

  • Unterstützung bei Bestellung und Koordination von MacBooks für Teilnehmende inkl. Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation und Pflege administrativer Vorgänge
  • Datenpflege im CRM-System

Kommunikation & Schnittstellen

  • Kommunikation mit Teilnehmenden zu organisatorischen und technischen Anliegen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Teilnehmenden und internen Abteilungen
  • Zuarbeit bei der Abstimmung mit externen Stellen (z. B. der Bundesagentur für Arbeit) – serviceorientiert & professionell

Dein Profil

Must-Haves:

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (m/w/d) mit rund 20 Stunden Zeit pro Woche und Verfügbarkeit vor Ort in München
  • Technische Affinität und Spaß an digitalen Tools (inkl. KI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Gemini) – du findest dich schnell in neue Systeme ein
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und echtes Interesse daran, Menschen schnell und kompetent weiterzuhelfen
  • Kommunikationsstark: wertschätzend, respektvoll, klar
  • Selbstständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise: Du packst Themen proaktiv an und bringst Dinge zu Ende
  • Du kannst ruhig bleiben, wenn mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig reinkommen

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools (z. B. HubSpot)
  • Kenntnisse in Kollaborations- und Operations-Tools wie Slack, Miro, Coda, Google Workspace oder Notion
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit First Level Support, Kundenbetreuung oder administrativer Koordination
  • Freude daran, wiederkehrende Abläufe zu verbessern und Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten
