Buscamos talentos para atuar como Conferente de Projetos de Móveis Planejados, realizando a análise e validação técnica dos projetos, conferindo medidas, materiais, acabamentos e especificações. O profissional será responsável por identificar inconsistências, alinhar ajustes com arquitetos e designers e garantir que os projetos estejam corretos e prontos para a fabricação, assegurando precisão, qualidade e eficiência em todo o processo.

Requisitos obrigatórios

- Ensino superior completo em Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Design de Interiores.

- Experiência com projetos de móveis planejados, mobiliário sob medida ou ambientes personalizados.

- Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos executivos e desenhos técnicos.

- Domínio de levantamento e conferência de medidas em ambientes residenciais ou comerciais.

- Conhecimento de materiais, acabamentos, ferragens, acessórios e soluções construtivas aplicadas a móveis planejados.

- Familiaridade com softwares de desenvolvimento ou visualização de projetos, conforme as ferramentas utilizadas pela empresa.

- Atenção aos detalhes, organização e capacidade de identificar inconsistências técnicas.

- Disponibilidade para realizar visitas técnicas aos imóveis dos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades e atividades

- Realizar visitas técnicas aos imóveis dos clientes para conferir as medidas e as condições reais dos ambientes.

- Verificar se as dimensões levantadas no local correspondem às medidas utilizadas no projeto desenvolvido pelo arquiteto ou designer responsável pela venda.

- Conferir a compatibilidade entre o projeto, o espaço físico e as necessidades apresentadas pelo cliente.

- Avaliar pontos de interferência, como tomadas, instalações elétricas e hidráulicas, pilares, vigas, desníveis, rodapés, esquadrias e outros elementos que possam impactar a instalação dos móveis.

- Verificar as especificações técnicas dos móveis, incluindo dimensões, modulações, materiais, ferragens, acessórios, acabamentos e demais componentes previstos no projeto.

- Retornar à loja para realizar a conferência técnica do projeto em conjunto com o profissional responsável pelo desenvolvimento e atendimento ao cliente.

- Identificar divergências, inconsistências ou informações pendentes e orientar os ajustes necessários.

- Realizar ou acompanhar as correções do projeto, conforme a divisão de responsabilidades estabelecida pela empresa.

- Verificar se as alterações preservam as necessidades do cliente, a viabilidade técnica e o padrão de qualidade esperado.

- Conferir os desenhos técnicos, detalhamentos, medidas e especificações que serão encaminhados à fábrica.

- Garantir que as informações estejam completas, coerentes e devidamente revisadas antes da liberação para produção.

- Sinalizar riscos de incompatibilidade, retrabalho, desperdício de materiais ou problemas futuros de montagem e instalação.

- Manter comunicação com as equipes de vendas, projetos, produção e instalação para esclarecer dúvidas técnicas e prevenir falhas de execução.

- Registrar as divergências identificadas, os ajustes realizados e as pendências que precisam ser resolvidas antes da liberação do projeto.
