Para essa posição, buscamos alguém que tenha presença profissional compatível com o mercado de luxo, saiba construir relacionamentos de longo prazo e tenha segurança para dialogar tecnicamente com arquitetos, designers e clientes exigentes.

REQUISITOS

  • Graduação completa em Design de Interiores ou Arquitetura;
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas, preferencialmente no segmento de alto padrão;
  • Experiência com leitura e interpretação técnica de projetos arquitetônicos;
  • Domínio ou experiência prática com o software Promob;
  • Experiência com atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e fechamento de vendas;
  • Conhecimento em mobiliário, arquitetura, interiores e/ou especificação de produtos;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e capacidade de acompanhar projetos e negociações simultaneamente.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo a clientes de alto padrão;
  • Recepcionar, interpretar e desenvolver projetos arquitetônicos e de interiores;
  • Realizar leitura e interpretação técnica de plantas, projetos e especificações;
  • Apresentar soluções de mobiliário planejado e produtos de alto padrão de acordo com o projeto e as necessidades do cliente;
  • Utilizar o Promob para desenvolvimento, apresentação e adequação dos projetos;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações;
  • Realizar apresentações de projetos no showroom;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, arquitetos e designers de interiores;
  • Atuar em parceria com escritórios de arquitetura e profissionais especificadores;
  • Acompanhar o projeto desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento da venda;
  • Realizar acompanhamento do pedido e interface com as áreas envolvidas;
  • Garantir excelência na experiência do cliente durante todas as etapas;
  • Realizar acompanhamento de pós-venda e relacionamento para fidelização e novas oportunidades;
  • Atuar no cumprimento de metas comerciais e indicadores de vendas.
