Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas CRM;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, proatividade e cordialidade;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e perfil comercial.

Atividades:

  • Recepcionar pacientes com cordialidade e atenção, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora e humanizada durante todo o atendimento;
  • Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e remarcações de consultas e exames, garantindo organização e agilidade no fluxo de atendimento;
  • Orientar os pacientes sobre os serviços oferecidos, tipos de exames e procedimentos realizados pela unidade;
  • Apresentar os serviços, planos e benefícios do Cartão SuperVida, identificando oportunidades e direcionando os pacientes para as opções mais adequadas;
  • Atuar na divulgação e prospecção de novos clientes para o Cartão SuperVida, esclarecendo dúvidas e auxiliando no processo de adesão;
  • Apoiar campanhas comerciais, ações promocionais e iniciativas internas de divulgação dos serviços;
  • Organizar e controlar documentos, cadastros, arquivos e demais informações relacionadas ao atendimento;
  • Manter a comunicação clara e eficiente com pacientes, equipe técnica e demais setores da empresa;
  • Orientar e direcionar pacientes para a realização de exames internos, externos e laboratoriais, conforme os procedimentos da unidade;
  • Zelar pela organização do ambiente de recepção e pelo cumprimento dos padrões de atendimento da empresa.
