Nous recherchons un ou une Assistant(e) à la Responsable des Douanes en CDI, à temps plein pour le site de Roissy avec une organisation de travail en mode hybride.

L'Assistant(e) à la Responsable des Douanes assure le soutien administratif et opérationnel au service douane; il ou elle garantit la conformité des opérations d’import/export avec la réglementation en vigueur, et facilite les échanges avec les autorités douanières, les transporteurs et les fournisseurs.

Les principales missions pour ce poste :

Gestion administrative des dossiers douaniers:

  • Travailler avec les équipes interne et externe sur le suivi quotidien des déclarations import et export et opérations logistiques
  • Mise à jour des données dans le logiciel douane (nomenclature douanière, DTP, CANA…)
  • Participer à la préparation des audits et contrôle douanier.

Support Opérationnel :

  • Accompagnement des sites de production et distribution en France et fournisseurs dans l'UE or hors UE pour le bon déroulement des opérations d’import/export.
  • Coordonner avec les transporteurs, transitaires et fournisseurs pour le bon déroulement des opérations d’import/export.
  • Vérifier la conformité des documents avant envoi aux autorités douanières.
  • Participer à des audits internes post douane

Veille règlementaire et conformité :

  • Mettre à jour les procédures internes en fonction des évolutions réglementaires (UE, nationales, pays tiers).
  • Sensibiliser les équipes internes aux obligations douanières.

Relation avec les partenaires externes :

  • Servir d’interlocuteur privilégié avec les douanes, les transitaires et les prestataires logistiques.
  • Répondre aux demandes d’information des services douaniers et services internes
  • Assister le responsable dans les échanges avec les administrations (DGDDI, etc.).

Reporting & Amélioration continue :

  • Suivre et améliorer les tableaux de bord et rapports d’activité (délais, coûts, anomalies).
  • Proposer des axes d’amélioration pour optimiser les processus douaniers.
  • Participer à des projets transverses (automatisation, digitalisation, etc.).

Les compétences attendues pour ce poste :

  • Formation de type BTS Commercial International ou Licence Pro en Logistique/Transport avec à minima 2 années d'expériences professionnelles sur un rôle similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance des incoterms et des règlementations douanières Européennes.
  • Maitrise des procédures douanières (Import, Export, Régimes suspensifs etc.).
  • Une personne capable de s'exprimer aisément en Français et en Anglais de manière courante.
  • Connaissance des logiciels douaniers (Delta, Altas etc.) ainsi que des outils de bureautique (Excel, ERP tel que SAP).
  • Notions de classification tarifaire et d'origine des marchandises.
  • Une personne organisée, autonome et capable de collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes.
