The posting

Garantizar la exactitud del inventario mediante la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de conteos cíclicos, identificando discrepancias, impulsando acciones correctivas y asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos de control de inventarios dentro de la operación de manufactura y almacén.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Liderar el programa de conteos cíclicos de materias primas, producto terminado y material en proceso.
  • Desarrollar y administrar el calendario de conteos con base en clasificación ABC y nivel de riesgo.
  • Analizar variaciones de inventario y determinar causas raíz.
  • Coordinar investigaciones y acciones correctivas con Almacén, Producción, Planeación, Compras e Import/Export.
  • Validar transacciones de inventario en ERP (SAP).
  • Monitorear y reportar indicadores de exactitud de inventario.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, políticas SOX y controles internos.
  • Capacitar y supervisar al equipo de conteos cíclicos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua para reducir discrepancias y optimizar procesos.
  • Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con inventarios.

Requisitos Académicos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración, Cadena de Suministro o carrera afín.
  • Ingles Basico/ intermedio deseable

Experiencia

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en control de inventarios, almacenes o planeación de materiales.
  • Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura de alto volumen.
  • Experiencia utilizando SAP u otro ERP.
  • Conocimiento de conteos cíclicos, conciliaciones de inventario y análisis de discrepancias.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Control de inventarios y gestión de almacenes.
  • Clasificación ABC.
  • SAP (MM, WM/EWM o módulos equivalentes).
  • Microsoft Excel avanzado.
  • Análisis de datos y manejo de KPIs.
  • Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
  • Procesos de recepción, almacenamiento y surtido de materiales.
