Realizar inspecciones de calidad a materias primas, componentes, producto en proceso y producto terminado, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, procedimientos y estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa. Identificar, documentar y reportar desviaciones para prevenir defectos y garantizar que los productos cumplan con los requisitos del cliente.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Inspeccionar materiales, componentes y productos durante las diferentes etapas del proceso de manufactura.
  • Verificar que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones, planos, criterios de aceptación y estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Utilizar instrumentos de medición y herramientas de inspección para validar las características del producto.
  • Identificar, segregar y reportar materiales o productos no conformes.
  • Registrar los resultados de las inspecciones en formatos, reportes y sistemas de calidad correspondientes.
  • Dar seguimiento a defectos, desviaciones y acciones correctivas en coordinación con las áreas involucradas.
  • Realizar inspecciones de primera pieza, inspecciones en proceso y revisiones finales, según los procedimientos aplicables.
  • Apoyar en la investigación de problemas de calidad y en la identificación de causas raíz.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo, instrucciones de inspección y normas de seguridad.
  • Colaborar con Producción e Ingeniería para prevenir defectos y promover la mejora continua.

Requisitos del puesto

  • Escolaridad: Preparatoria terminada, carrera técnica o equivalente; deseable formación relacionada con calidad o manufactura.
  • Experiencia: De 1 a 3 años en inspección de calidad dentro de un entorno de manufactura.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas e instrumentos de medición, como vernier, micrómetro y calibradores, según aplique.
  • Conocimiento básico de interpretación de planos, especificaciones y criterios de aceptación.
  • Manejo de registros, reportes y documentación de calidad.
  • Conocimiento de identificación y manejo de producto no conforme.
  • Manejo básico de computadora y paquetería Office.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en piso de producción y realizar inspecciones visuales y dimensionales.
