The posting

Asegurar que los productos y procesos de manufactura cumplan con los estándares de calidad, especificaciones del cliente y requisitos internos de la organización, mediante el seguimiento de indicadores, análisis de problemas, implementación de acciones correctivas y mejora continua de los procesos productivos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Dar seguimiento a los indicadores de calidad y desempeño de los procesos de manufactura.
  • Investigar, analizar y resolver problemas de calidad mediante herramientas de análisis de causa raíz.
  • Participar en la implementación y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA).
  • Elaborar y mantener documentación de calidad, procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y registros.
  • Realizar auditorías internas de procesos y verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Ingeniería y Manufactura para prevenir defectos y reducir desperdicios.
  • Dar seguimiento a no conformidades internas, quejas de clientes y planes de acción.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de herramientas de mejora continua, como Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y análisis estadístico.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión de calidad y las normas aplicables.
  • Participar en la validación de procesos, inspecciones y actividades de control de calidad.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Calidad, Ingeniería Mecánica o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: De 1 a 3 años en calidad dentro de la industria manufacturera; se puede considerar experiencia relacionada o prácticas profesionales, según las necesidades del puesto.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de solución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D).
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad y auditorías.
  • Manejo de herramientas estadísticas y análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de mejora continua.
  • Inglés intermedio, deseable según las necesidades de la operación.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
