Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou une Responsable production en CDI à temps plein pour le site de Villers-Cotterêts. C'est un poste à 100% sur site sans télétravail avec une amplitude horaire en lien avec l'activité de production.

Les principales responsabilités sur ce poste :

  • Piloter l'exécution du plan de production en adéquation avec les besoins clients, la capacité opérationnelle, et les objectifs de performance du site.
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités de production afin d'assurer une utilisation optimale des ressources (humaines et matérielles) garantissant le respect des engagements du site.
  • Encadrer, animer et développer les résultats des équipes de production en définissant les priorités, développant la polyvalence et en favorisant l'engagement des collaborateurs.
  • Garantir le respect des exigences de sécurité, qualité, conformité réglementaire et des procédures applicables sur l'ensemble du périmètre de responsabilité.
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance du site (Sécurité, Qualité, Coûts délai/Livraison, stock, Productivité, amélioration continue…) et assurer l'analyse de cause/écart afin de mettre en œuvre les actions préventives et correctives nécessaires.
  • Participer activement aux activités de gestion quotidienne, aux revues de performance et aux processus d'amélioration continue afin d'atteindre les objectifs du site.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation, de réduction des pertes et d'amélioration de la productivité garantissant la performance opérationnelle du site.
  • Participer/piloter des projets d’amélioration de la performance.

Les compétences attendues sur ce poste :

  • Une personne ayant à minima 3 ans d'expériences professionnelles sur un poste de responsable de production en environnement industriel avec du management d'équipes.
  • Une personne réactive, capable de gérer les priorités et avoir une posture terrain pour accompagner les équipes.
  • Maîtrise des principes de gestion et de pilotage de la production dans un environnement industriel à forte exigence de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Connaissances en planification de la production, gestion des capacités, gestion des stocks et ordonnancement afin d’assurer la fluidité des opérations.
  • Bonne maitrise des outils informatique tels que SAP, Pack office (Excel), et diverses solutions de pilotage de l’activité.
