C’est dans cette perspective que nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste, comptes payables, basé(e) à notre siège social canadien situé à Laval (Québec). Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, dynamique et qui aime les défis.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Gérer la boite courriel générique AP
  • Traiter les factures dans le système ERP
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les acheteurs, les demandeurs internes et les équipes de réception afin de comprendre, documenter et résoudre les écarts de prix de quantités avant la comptabilisation des factures
  • Réconcilier les comptes fournisseurs avec les états de compte et assurer le suivi des factures, crédits et paiements non appariés.
  • Traiter les comptes de dépenses
  • Tenir les comptes fournisseurs à jour dans le système
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus AP et effectuer divers mandats spéciaux ou toute autre tâche connexe.

QUALIFICATIONS ET APTITUDES

  • 2 à 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissance d’un système ERP; une expérience avec SYSPRO constitue un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Word.
  • Grande attention aux détails, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer un volume élevé de transactions.
  • Orientation vers la qualité du service et le travail d’équipe

Accounts Payable Specialist

DESCRIPTION

It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, based out of our Canadian headquarters in Laval, QC. We are looking for someone who is curious, dynamic, and enjoys taking on new challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the general Accounts Payable mailbox
  • Process invoices in the ERP system
  • Collaborate closely with buyers, internal stakeholders, and receiving teams to understand, document, and resolve price and quantity variances before invoice processing.
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts with suppliers’ statements
  • Process expense accounts
  • Maintain accounts payable in the system
  • Reconcile vendor accounts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable and complete special projects or other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with an ERP system; SYSPRO experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
  • Commitment to service quality and teamwork.
