The posting

Responsable de realizar actividades técnicas altamente especializadas relacionadas con equipos, maquinaria y procesos de manufactura. Proporciona soporte avanzado para la solución de problemas, mejora de procesos y mantenimiento de equipos, asegurando la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Diagnosticar y solucionar fallas complejas en equipos, maquinaria y sistemas de manufactura.
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de equipos.
  • Ejecutar instalaciones, modificaciones, ajustes y puesta en marcha de maquinaria y sistemas.
  • Interpretar planos, diagramas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Utilizar equipos e instrumentos de medición para identificar y resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico avanzado a Producción, Mantenimiento, Ingeniería y Calidad.
  • Participar en análisis de causa raíz y en la implementación de acciones correctivas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y documentación técnica.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación y desarrollo técnico de técnicos de niveles inferiores.
  • Mantener registros precisos de mantenimientos, reparaciones y problemas identificados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Participar en la introducción, modificación y optimización de equipos y procesos.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Carrera técnica, TSU o Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Eléctrica o área relacionada.
  • Experiencia sólida en mantenimiento, manufactura o soporte técnico especializado.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico y solución de problemas complejos.
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos y diagramas técnicos.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de medición y diagnóstico.
  • Experiencia en mejora continua y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y sistemas de mantenimiento/producción.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones técnicas.
