Nous recherchons un Technicien Maintenance Industrielle H/F/X pour rejoindre nos équipes de Laguépie en CDI à temps plein (en horaires postés).

Le rôle du Technicien Maintenance Industrielle H/F/X est de garantir que le parc machine soit fonctionnel 24h/24 ou 3x8, avec un risque d'arrêt minimum.

Il ou elle s'assure que ces machines fournissent un produit de qualité conforme aux besoins de nos clients.

Il ou elle veille à intervenir en toute sécurité.

Les principales responsabilités sur ce poste :

  • Consigner les machines avant chaque intervention en s’appuyant sur les procédures LOTO.
  • Installation et mise au point du matériel de production.
  • Assurer l'assistance technique auprès de l'encadrement et du personnel de production (dépannage, réglages...).
  • Mener des actions préventives dans le cadre d'un programme défini.
  • Transmettre l'information au Responsable de Maintenance orale ou écrite (feuille demande d'intervention) en fonction des difficultés rencontrées par rapport aux tâches prévues.
  • Remonter systématiquement les problèmes rencontrés sur le tableau au tier 2.
  • Prise de l'information orale et écrite : dialogue avec son homologue du poste précédent et le service de production pour s'informer des difficultés rencontrées, de l'avancement des travaux, des réglages spéciaux,du fonctionnement des machines et des prévisions de production.
  • Assurer la réception et le déchargement ISO et POLYOL.
  • Assurer les réglages et les reprises d’apprentissage robotique.
  • Assurer la réparation des pièces remplacées.
  • Faire évoluer les machines pour améliorer la performance.
  • Maintenir les réglages conformes à l'obtention de la qualité du produit et gère les disfonctionnements : s’assurer d’un bon réglage démoulant, s’assurer d’un bon réglage polyuréthane.
  • Utiliser et exploiter des supports existants (GMAO) : feuille de rapport d'intervention, feuille de demande d'intervention, feuille de maintenance préventive, tableaux de bord et feuille de suivi de production.

Compétences attendues sur ce poste :

  • Une personne ayant une formation initiale en maintenance avec une première expérience sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel automatisé.
  • Compétences en pneumatique, hydraulique et automatisme.
  • Connaissances et/ou compétences en robotique sont un plus pour ce poste.
  • Une personne organisée, proactive et capable de travailler en équipe.
