Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with numbers? Join PIPESTONE as an Accounting Specialist and play a key role in supporting our financial operations while helping drive informed business decisions across our organization.

In this role, you'll assist with:

✅ Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable ✅ Bank, Credit Card & General Ledger Reconciliations ✅ Sales Order & Purchase Order Processing ✅ Month-End & Year-End Close Activities ✅ Financial Analysis & Reporting Support ✅ Process Improvement Initiatives

We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has strong attention to detail ✔ Enjoys analyzing data and solving problems ✔ Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines ✔ Is proficient in Microsoft Excel ✔ Works well independently and as part of a team
