Join the PIPESTONE Team! Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor Location: Brandon, SD

Are you passionate about recruiting, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture? PIPESTONE is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor to help attract, onboard, and support employees across our organization while building strong relationships with team members and farm operations.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations ✅ Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs ✅ Monitor and assist with employee mentor programs and retention initiatives ✅ Partner with production teams to support on-farm employee development ✅ Schedule interviews and meetings while supporting HR projects and initiatives ✅ Create and manage job advertisements and recruitment activities ✅ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (required) ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Swine industry or agricultural background preferred ✔ Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities ✔ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to various company locations as needed
  • Ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
