Leiter:in Ersatzteilwesen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung Innendienst & Lager — Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Ersatzteil-Innendienst sowie des Lagers.
  • Optimierung der Bereichsabläufe — Analyse, Korrektur und nachhaltige Festigung effizienter Prozesse.
  • Digitalisierung vorantreiben — Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools zur Prozessvereinfachung und Transparenzsteigerung.
  • Effektivität steigern — Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abläufe und Schnittstellen.
  • Stammdatenqualität sicherstellen — Pflege und Überwachung korrekter Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Lagerdaten.
  • Lieferantenbeziehungen pflegen — Aufbau und Betreuung strategischer Partnerschaften.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit erhöhen — Sicherstellung schneller, zuverlässiger und kundenorientierter Ersatzteilversorgung.
  • Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen — Verantwortung für die Bestellung, Preisverhandlungen und Verfügbarkeiten.
  • Lagerbewirtschaftung — Organisation, Bestandsführung und Inventurprozesse.
  • Distribution der Ersatzteile — Sicherstellung reibungsloser Versand- und Logistikprozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung — Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Logistik oder Führung.
  • Erfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen — Mehrjährige Praxis im Ersatzteilmanagement, in der Lagerlogistik oder im technischen Kundendienst.
  • Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke — Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und klar zu führen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse — Deutsch stilsicher, Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil.
  • IT-Affinität — Freude an digitalen Tools, Prozessdigitalisierung und modernen Systemen.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise — Analytisch, organisiert und lösungsorientiert im täglichen Arbeiten.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit — Professioneller Umgang mit Lieferanten, inklusive Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität — Bereitschaft, selbst anzupacken und operative Themen aktiv zu unterstützen.
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein — Hoher Anspruch an Datenqualität, Prozessstabilität und Servicelevel.
