Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in FluentCommerce Order Management System (OMS) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scaleOMS solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.- Configure and customize Fluent Commerce workflows.- Develop scalable API-driven and event-based integrations.- Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms.- Develop REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging.- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis.- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.- Mentor junior developers when required.Required Skills- 5–8 years of software development experience.- 2–3+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience.- Strong understanding of OMS and DOM.- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.- Experience integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.- Strong debugging and Agile experience.Preferred Skills- Omnichannel retail experience.- Cloud-native or microservices exposure.- Event-driven architecture.- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity.- Production support experience.
