About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at Petite Practice.

As a Medical Receptionist you play a vital role in supporting our doctors, nurses and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience, especially for children and families.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and families warmly at the clinic
  • Assisting with patient registration, appointment scheduling and billing
  • Supporting nurses and doctors during consultations
  • Preparing consultation rooms and maintaining clinic cleanliness
  • Handling day to day calls, emails and whatsapp queries.
  • Managing inventory and restocking supplies
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate record keeping
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
  • Following clinic safety, infection control and HR policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Caring and professional attitude
  • Comfortable working with infants, children and families
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual and responsible
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic computer skills (clinic system training provided)
  • Prior clinic or healthcare experience is required
