Wir sind die PKF Wulf Gruppe, eine moderne, wachsende Gruppe von Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern. Hinter unseren Leistungen stehen viele Menschen, Mandate und Standorte – und damit jede Menge Zahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge. Als Junior Controller (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Controlling dabei, wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen transparent zu machen, Potenziale zu erkennen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Dabei bekommst von Anfang an Einblick in den vollständigen Controlling Zyklus, von der Datenbasis bis zu Managementpräsentation.

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Auswertungen und Analysen
  • Du bereitest Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Informationen für unterschiedliche Bereiche auf
  • Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen in DATEV und LucaNet mit
  • Du führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durch und analysierst Abweichungen
  • Du unterstützt bei Budget- und Forecastprozessen
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team bestehende Prozesse und Instrumente weiter
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Controllingprozessen ein, zum Beispiel durch Datenmodellierung in Power Query oder die Weiterentwicklung unserer PowerBi Berichte.

Deine Fähigkeiten – Du machst den Unterschied!

  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Controlling, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling, Finance oder Accounting sammeln.
  • Du verfügst über gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hast Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Power Query, Power BI oder ähnlichent Tools sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du hast Lust, neue Tools zu lernen und dich in Richtung moderner Controlling Instrumente wie Power BI, Datenmodellierung oder Prozessautomatisierung weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du hast Spaß an Zahlen und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig
  • Du denkst analytisch, stellst die richtigen Fragen und möchtest dich fachlich weiterentwickeln
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
