Der Vertrieb, die Implementierung, Schulung und der Support von ERP-Software (Abacus) gehören zu den zentralen Kompetenzen unseres Auftraggebers. Dank einer konsequenten Fokussierung auf hohe Beratungs- und Servicequalität hat sich das Unternehmen eine starke Marktposition erarbeitet und beschäftigt derzeit rund 30 Mitarbeitende.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kunden- und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachkundige Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung von Abacus sowie bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen, mit Fokus auf den Bereich Human Resources (z.B. Mitarbeitergespräche, Zeugnisse, Bewerbungs- und Kompetenzmanagement, ESS und MSS) sowie Lohnabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Konzepten, Dokumentationen und Schulungsmaterialien
  • Erfassung und Spezifikation der Kundenanforderungen sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung durch Parametrisierung und Customizing
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Anwender
  • Unterstützung der Kunden mittels Support und Hotline
  • Verantwortung für die Projektdurchführung in Hinblick auf Zeitplan, Budget und Qualität

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Lohnbuchhaltung/Payroll/HR-Administration
  • Praktische Erfahrung im ganzheitlichen Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sie sind eine aufgestellte sowie aufgeweckte Persönlichkeit, die flexibel und situativ auf Menschen (Kunden) und Situationen reagiert
  • Eine vernetzte Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein Flair für die IT, Digitalisierung und das KMU-Umfeld
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
