Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der gesamten Personaladministration über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung und Pflege sämtlicher personalrelevanter Dokumente wie Arbeitsverträge, Arbeitszeugnisse und Korrespondenz
  • Koordination und Abwicklung der administrativen Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Sozialversicherungen, Behörden und weiteren externen Stellen
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen operativen HR-Themen
  • Rekrutierung geeigneter Fachkräfte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Führungspersonen sowie Begleitung des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse sowie aktive Unterstützung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Stellvertretung im Bereich Payroll inklusive Unterstützung bei der Lohnverarbeitung und den dazugehörigen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer breit abgestützten HR-Funktion mit generalistischem Aufgabenbereich
  • Fundierte HR-Weiterbildung, beispielsweise als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis, eine Ausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Lohnadministration sowie ein solides Verständnis der damit verbundenen HR-Prozesse
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Kommunikationsstarke, vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und gewinnendem Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, auch operative Themen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Absolute Diskretion, Integrität und ein einwandfreier Leumund
