Coordenar a execução da obra conforme o planejamento de custo e prazo, assegurando os procedimentos do sistema da qualidade e segurança estabelecidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesa. Monitorar e garantir o cumprimento das metas alinhadas entre a Incorporadora e a Construtora;b. Acompanhar e analisar cronograma (MS Project) para assegurar o cumprimento do prazo da obra por meio da comparação com a linha de base;c. Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe de liderança das obras para garantir o bom andamento do projeto, fornecendo feedbacks e reportes para a liderança de Engenharia;d. Monitorar indicadores financeiros, comparando com o avanço físico da obra para assegurar que o empreendimento está evoluindo conforme aportes financeiros;e. Aferir in loco a execução, garantindo o cumprimento das normas vigentes, itens contratuais e boa engenharia;f. Monitorar a execução das modificações aprovadas pelo DAC (Departamento de Atendimento ao Cliente);g. Acompanhar as fiscalizações e vistorias de órgãos públicos e outras exigências legais;h. Controlar a documentação da obra (alvará, projetos aprovados, licenças e correspondências);i Monitorar a gestão de contratos e lançamento de medições mensais dos empreiteiros através do sistema IFS;j. Garantir e monitorar a entrega de todas as documentações necessárias para aprovação do processo de Habite-se da construção.k. Fornecer os relatórios gerenciais para a Incorporadora aprovados com a Construtora, garantindo a lisura das informações.l. Monitorar e certificar sobre o atendimento das normas de segurança do trabalho.m. Fazer a interlocução entre Construtora e Incorporadora sobre os aspectos gerenciais da obra.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Engenharia Civil.Conhecimento em sistema construtivo de edifícios verticais de alto padrão.Experiência em gestão de empreiteiros.
