Buscamos incorporar un/a Security Architect especializado/a en AI & Cloud al equipo de Ciberseguridad de Plain Concepts para decidir como se va a proteger una entidad financiera.

Tu misión será diseñar, construir y supervisar soluciones de seguridad desde la arquitectura, definiendo qué significa que un nuevo sistema o caso de uso sea seguro antes de llegar a producción.

Tendrás un papel clave en la protección de la infraestructura tecnológica, trabajando sobre entornos de redes, cloud, sistemas, aplicaciones e inteligencia artificial. Participarás en proyectos estratégicos, colaborarás con equipos internos y proveedores especializados y mantendrás una visión técnica profunda de las soluciones implantadas.

Qué harás:

  • Arquitectura de seguridad: definirás arquitecturas de referencia y requisitos de seguridad para redes, cloud, sistemas y aplicaciones, aplicando principios de Security by Design y Zero Trust.
  • Seguridad para la IA: diseñarás patrones seguros para copilotos, soluciones RAG, agentes de IA y servidores MCP, abordando riesgos como "prompt injection", fuga de información, accesos indebidos y permisos excesivos de los agentes.
  • Identidad y accesos: diseñarás e integrarás soluciones de IAM y CIAM, incluyendo identidades no humanas, cuentas de servicio e identidades asociadas a agentes de IA.
  • Secure Software Development Lifecycle: integrarás la seguridad en todo el ciclo de desarrollo, adaptando el S-SDLC a entornos en los que parte del código pueda estar generado o asistido por IA.
  • Selección e implantación de soluciones: identificarás necesidades, evaluarás productos y herramientas de seguridad, coordinarás su implantación y asegurarás su correcto traspaso a los equipos de operación.
  • Coordinación técnica: trabajarás con proveedores externos y equipos internos, asegurando la integración, el rendimiento y la seguridad de las soluciones dentro del ecosistema tecnológico de la entidad.
  • Innovación en ciberseguridad: analizarás tendencias y propondrás iniciativas de IA aplicada a la seguridad que contribuyan a elevar la madurez de la organización.

Requirements

  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en arquitectura de seguridad, participando en el diseño e implantación de soluciones dentro de entornos tecnológicos complejos.
  • Experiencia en S-SDLC, IAM y selección, implantación o integración de herramientas de seguridad.
  • Una base técnica sólida en seguridad de redes, cloud, desarrollo seguro, protocolos de autenticación y criptografía.
  • Capacidad para identificar y evaluar riesgos de seguridad, traducirlos en requisitos técnicos y proponer medidas de mitigación.
  • Comprensión de los principales riesgos vinculados a la IA generativa y agéntica, especialmente en materia de identidad, datos, permisos, aplicaciones y modelos.
  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería o una titulación STEM.
  • Nivel alto de euskera e inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida, con asistencia aproximada de dos días por semana en Arrasate-Mondragón.

Se valorará positivamente:

  • Experiencia en el sector financiero o en entornos regulados, especialmente con marcos como DORA o NIS2.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema Microsoft: Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Azure AI Foundry y Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experiencia en seguridad de IA generativa: guardrails, AI gateways, AISPM, DSPM y protección de aplicaciones RAG y agentes de IA.
  • Conocimientos de threat modeling, utilizando metodologías o marcos como STRIDE o MITRE ATLAS.
  • Experiencia con DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code y automatización de controles de seguridad.
  • Certificaciones como CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, CIAM, AZ-500, SC-100, ISACA AAISM, IAPP AIGP o ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer.
