Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Vertriebsaußendienst und den internen Fachabteilungen. Ihr Ziel ist es, durch eine serviceorientierte Kundenkommunikation und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Auftragsbearbeitung einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Sie begleiten unsere Aufträge ganzheitlich – von der Kundenanfrage, Angebotserstellung und Auftragserfassung über die Disposition und Terminüberwachung bis hin zur vollständigen Abwicklung und Rechnungsstellung. Dabei behalten Sie jederzeit den Überblick über offene Vorgänge, Liefertermine und Kundenanforderungen und tragen maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Ihre Verantwortung und Aufgaben:

  • Kompetente und serviceorientierte Betreuung unserer Kunden bei telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und vollständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in unserem ERP-System
  • Erstellung individueller Angebote in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und den zuständigen Fachabteilungen
  • Prüfung eingehender Kundenbestellungen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit und Machbarkeit
  • Abstimmung und Koordination von Liefermengen und Lieferterminen mit unseren Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen Pflege und kontinuierlichen Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Vertriebsstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Übernahme allgemeiner kaufmännischer und administrativer Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst zur optimalen Betreuung unserer Kunden und zur Sicherstellung effizienter Vertriebsprozesse
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Customer Service/ Auftragsabwicklung/ Versand
  • Erfahrung mit CRM- Und ERP Systemen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Teamorientiert und bereichsübergreifend denkend
  • Sorgfältige und strukturiere Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französichkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
