Deine Aufgaben

Als Servicemonteur / Leitmonteur (m/w/d) bist Du deutschlandweit im Einsatz – und sorgst dafür, dass die Anlagen unserer Kunden zuverlässig laufen. Dazu zählt vor allem:

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Tausch von Komponenten wie Rührwerken, Pumpen und Drucklufttechnik.
  • Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen und Reparaturen an mechanischen und steuerungstechnischen Systemen.
  • Je nach Erfahrung eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen und Repowering-Projekten.
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden vor Ort.
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen bei Bedarf.
  • Übernahme von zusätzlicher Verantwortung bei komplexen Service- und Umbaumaßnahmen – abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung.
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme sowie Funktions- und Abnahmetests.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Schlosser, Mechatroniker, Anlagenmechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Auch anspruchsvollere oder „schmutzigere“ Einsätze schrecken Dich nicht ab – Für Dich zählt, dass die Anlage am Ende wieder läuft und der Kunde zufrieden ist.
  • Du packst an, denkst praktisch und findest Lösungen, wenn es vor Ort einmal nicht nach Plan läuft.
  • Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise BE.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im technischen Service, Außendienst oder Anlagenbau.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Biogas oder Energietechnik sind willkommen, aber kein Muss – viel wichtiger ist uns Deine technische Kompetenz und Deine Lernbereitschaft.
