The posting

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Planet Honda in Tilton, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, salary + commission position and the successful candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate about customer service. Our dealership is a newer state-of-the-art sales and service facility with top rated customer satisfaction and a phenomenal location. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits: Planet Honda offers a competitive salary along with a full benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and vacation time.

Responsibilities: • Offer superior customer service to all clients • Assess customer service requirements and address additional concerns • Schedule service appointments and coordinate follow-up • Perform service write ups and document services accordingly • Track and record customer and repair orders for processing • Generating sales • Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely manner • Develop and maintain relationships with customers • Adhere to company policies

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Automotive Service Advisor experience • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Proficient in computer systems • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
