Deine Aufgaben:

· Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kooperationspartnern und Tippgebern auf und entwickelst die Zusammenarbeit durch regelmäßigen Austausch und verlässliche Betreuung weiter.

· Du begleitest Eigentümer:innen professionell durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der ersten Beratung bis zum Notartermin.

· Du bewertest Immobilien, entwickelst passende Vermarktungsstrategien und führst Besichtigungen sowie Verkaufsverhandlungen durch.

· Du organisierst Deinen Arbeitsalltag und Dein Vertriebsgebiet eigenverantwortlich und dokumentierst Deine Aktivitäten zuverlässig in unseren Systemen.

· Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen und internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Warum Du zu uns passt:

· Du bringst Erfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb oder im beratungsintensiven Vertrieb mit, beispielsweise aus der Bank-, Finanzierungs- oder Versicherungsberatung. Etwa zwei Jahre Vertriebserfahrung sind wünschenswert.

· Du gewinnst Vertrauen, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und führst Gespräche sicher bis zum Abschluss.

· Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst unternehmerisch und verfolgst Deine Ziele.

· Du pflegst langfristige Beziehungen und teilst Deine Erfahrungen im Team.
