- Tech savvy: You are comfortable navigating ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and anything else that helps you find and track talent more efficiently. You embrace technology as an enabler.

- Collaborative and proactive: You work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and you take initiative without needing to be told what to do next. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.

- A strong communicator: Whether you are reaching out to a passive candidate on LinkedIn or coordinating interview schedules across multiple time zones you communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally.

Our existing team comes from diverse backgrounds but a few things tie us together:

- This is an entry level role into both tech and recruiting — no prior recruiting experience is required but a genuine hunger to learn and grow is non-negotiable

- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, sales, or a similar people-facing role

- Experience with or willingness to learn our ATS system Ashby

- A no excuses mindset and the drive to go beyond the obvious to find the best candidates in the market

- A strong academic background, usually with standout extracurricular achievements such as competitive sports — we love winners

- A genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and the tech industry — you want to build your career at a company that is shaping what comes next

TRAJECTORY

You will have real responsibility from day one. As our Associate Recruiter you are the engine behind the sourcing and coordination function that keeps Planhat’s Americas hiring moving. This is your entry point into one of the most exciting AI native companies in tech right now — and a clear path to becoming a full recruiter yourself. Whether you are:

- Sourcing and identifying top candidates across the Americas for commercial and ops roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and creative outreach channels

- Managing candidate pipelines in Ashby — keeping stages up to date, scheduling interviews, sending communications, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

- Coordinating interviews across multiple hubs and time zones with speed and precision

- Supporting recruiters with outbound campaigns, InMail drafting, and candidate research

- Helping build and maintain talent bench pipelines for roles that are not yet open but will be soon

- Contributing to employer brand initiatives and candidate experience improvements

From there the path is clear. You will work directly alongside experienced GTM recruiters, gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, and build the skills and knowledge to own your own roles. - You are developing into the kind of recruiter who finds winners before anyone else does

COMPENSATION

The OTE (base + variable) salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.
