Desde 1997, já são mais de 67 mil unidades entregues — e seguimos crescendo, com novos lançamentos e desafios pela frente.Como Analista de Suprimentos Junior, você vai receber demandas de compras, realizar cotações e adquirir produtos, serviços, matérias-primas e equipamentos. Atua no acompanhamento das entregas, desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores, supervisão da equipe e dos processos de compras. Também elabora relatórios e faz a interface entre os requisitantes internos e os fornecedores.Você vai se reportar à Coordenação de suprimentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer

Receber as requisições de compra, verificando programação e especificações dos materiais;Reunir as diversas requisições, agrupando por famílias de materiais ou serviços, montando as cotações com especificações de preços, prazos e outras informações necessárias para a compra;Emitir pedidos de compra ao fornecedor, informando a área solicitante sobre todas as condições de negociação, visando o recebimento correto do material;Preparar e analisar mapas de concorrências de propostas de fornecedores, com o objetivo de buscar as melhores parcerias e condições para a Empresa;Verificar a qualidade e idoneidade do fabricante do produto a ser adquirido, através de consultas a clientes e fornecedores; Apoiar dos demais analistas do departamento;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas, normas de compliance e regulamentações aplicáveis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial

• Formação em Engenharia civil, Administração, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas;• Experiência com compras de materiais no mercado imobiliário Corporativo (desejável);

• Domínio de técnicas de negociação e análise financeira. •

Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Excel)O que vai fazer diferença

• Vivência no mercado imobiliário ou incorporação;

• Experiência com SAP (Desejável)
