Desde 1997, já são mais de 67 mil unidades entregues — e seguimos crescendo, com novos lançamentos e desafios pela frente.Como Analista de Orçamentos Pleno, você vai planejar e controlar os custos dos empreendimentos, elaborando orçamentos e análises técnicas que apoiem a tomada de decisão e garantam a viabilidade econômica dos projetos. Você vai se reportar à Gerência de Planejamento&Custos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você fará por aqui: Elaborar orçamentos executivos e estimativas de custos dos empreendimentos. Realizar levantamentos quantitativos a partir dos projetos. Analisar e equalizar propostas técnicas e comerciais de fornecedores e empreiteiros. Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade e comparativos de cenários de custo. Apoiar os processos de contratação por meio de cotações e negociações técnicas. Controlar indicadores, composições de custos e bases orçamentárias dos projetos. Atuar em interface com as áreas de Projetos, Suprimentos, Incorporação e Obras para garantir a precisão das informações de engenharia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial:Formação completa em Engenharia Civil.Experiência com elaboração e análise de orçamentos para empreendimentos imobiliários.Vivência em levantamento quantitativo e leitura de projetos executivos.Conhecimento em composição de custos, indicadores orçamentários e estudos de viabilidade.Experiência com equalização de propostas e processos de contratação de fornecedores.Excel avançado para análises e controles.Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa capacidade de relacionamento entre áreas.

O que vai fazer diferença:Atuação em incorporadoras e construtoras do segmento residencial.Vivência com empreendimentos de médio e alto padrão.Conhecimento de sistemas de orçamento e gestão da construção civil (Sienge, Mega, Prevision, entre outros).Experiência com desenvolvimento de orçamento executivo desde a fase de incorporação.Participação em processos de engenharia de valor e otimização de custos.
