Job summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising engineering installation, maintenance and site execution activities to ensure that work iscompleted according to approved drawings, project specifications, schedules, quality standards and WSH requirements.

Scope of work / Job duties

  1. Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower deployment, subcontractors, tools, equipment and materials.
  2. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and method statements before carrying out site work.
  3. Monitor project progress and ensure that site activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
  4. Conduct site measurements and verify installation, alignment, equipment positioning and completed work against approved drawings.
  5. Coordinate inspections, material checks, testing and rectification of defective or non-conforming work.
  6. Identify site technical problems and coordinate corrective actions with the Project Engineer, Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors.
  7. Conduct or support site safety inspections, risk assessments and toolbox meetings, and report hazards or incidents.
  8. Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material usage, inspection checklists and progress documentation.
  9. Coordinate with clients, suppliers and other contractors to resolve site issues and minimize delays.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable company procedures, environmental requirements and WSH standards.
