Säljare med växtkunskap till Plantagen – 27 timmar/vecka Älskar du växter, försäljning och att skapa riktigt bra kundupplevelser? Då kan du vara den vi söker! På Plantagen brinner vi för att skapa inspiration, glädje och växtkraft – varje dag. Nu söker vi en engagerad säljare med god växtkunskap och ett starkt intresse för försäljning till en tillsvidaretjänst på 27 timmar per vecka med start i januari 2027. På Plantagen skapar vi köpupplevelser i världsklass Som säljare hos oss är du en viktig del av kundupplevelsen. Med din växtkunskap inspirerar och vägleder du våra kunder till rätt val för hem och trädgård. Tillsammans med dina kollegor ser du till att butiken är välfylld, inspirerande och inbjudande. Med våra värderingar Tydlighet, Ägarskap och Glädje som grund arbetar vi tillsammans för att vara Nordens härligaste växthus! Vad innebär rollen som säljare på Plantagen? Ditt huvudfokus är att skapa positiva kundupplevelser och bidra till goda försäljningsresultat. Dina arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av:

Aktiv försäljning och rådgivning med hjälp av din växtkunskap

Att inspirera kunder och hjälpa dem att hitta rätt växter och tillbehör

Kassaarbete och kundservice

Skötsel, vattning och exponering av växter

Varupåfyllning och att hålla butiken inspirerande och välskött

Vem är du? För att lyckas i rollen söker vi dig som:

Har god KUNSKAP om växter, odling och växtskötsel – ett krav för tjänsten

Har ERFARENHET av försäljning och trivs med att aktivt sälja och skapa goda resultat

Är utåtriktad, social och sprider positiv energi omkring dig

Är serviceinriktad och tycker om att inspirera och vägleda kunder

Kan ta egna initiativ, både arbeta självständigt OCH samarbeta med kollegorna i teamet

Trivs i en händelserik miljö och har lätt för att prioritera

Gillar att röra på dig och trivs med fysiskt arbete

Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift samt har goda kunskaper i engelska

Trädgårdsutbildning och tidigare erfarenhet från detaljhandeln är meriterande. Du är en positiv lagspelare som tycker om människor, ser möjligheter och motiveras av att göra goda affärer! Vi erbjuder

Tillsvidareanställning på 27 timmar/vecka, med inledande provanställning på 6 månader

Start i januari 2027

Möjlighet till fler arbetstimmar under högsäsongen mars–maj

Varierande arbetsuppgifter i en ljus, grön och inspirerande arbetsmiljö

Lön enligt Handels kollektivavtal

Varierande arbetstider som inkluderar kvällar och helger, vanligtvis varannan helg
