Responsabilidades:

  • Responsável por auxiliar no planejamento anual de auditoria e planejamento de auditorias SPOTs;
  • Executar auditorias internas nos processos industriais, operacionais, administrativos e financeiros, com abordagem baseada em riscos e materialidade.
  • Realizar auditorias in loco nas unidades fabris, acompanhando rotinas produtivas, verificando controles no chão de fábrica e validando a aderência entre os procedimentos estabelecidos e as práticas operacionais, incluindo recebimento de materiais, estoques, movimentações internas, produção, apontamentos, refugo, perdas, inventários, expedição e controles patrimoniais
  • Analisar e testar controles internos, identificando fragilidades, inconsistências, riscos de perdas, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.
  • Realizar levantamentos, análises de dados e testes de auditoria, por meio de entrevistas, observações em campo, inspeções físicas, conciliações e validação de documentos e registros sistêmicos
  • Elaborar relatórios de auditoria, apresentando constatações fundamentadas em evidências, avaliação dos riscos, causas identificadas e recomendações objetivas e aplicáveis à operação
  • Acompanhar planos de ação, validando a implementação das medidas corretivas e a efetividade dos controles implementados pelas áreas responsáveis
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas operacionais e corporativas, apoiando o fortalecimento da governança, a padronização de processos e a cultura de controles internos.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência consolidada em Auditoria Interna ou Auditoria Externa, preferencialmente em indústrias de manufatura.
  • Vivência prática em ambiente fabril, com conhecimento dos fluxos de produção, movimentação de materiais, estoques, inventários e processos logísticos.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de riscos, controles internos, mapeamento de processos e elaboração de relatórios de auditoria.
  • Experiência na análise e tratamento de dados.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e capacidade de interpretar informações operacionais e financeiras.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens às unidades industriais.
