¿Qué harás como HR Admin Specialist?

Responsabilidades del puesto: ● Gestión de Altas en sistema interno Registrar nuevas altas de empleados en el sistema, asegurando la precisión y completitud de los datos. ● Armado de Carpetas de Documentos Preparar carpetas de documentos que los candidatos deben firmar, asegurando que todos los formularios y contratos estén completos y correctos. ● Correos de Bienvenida Enviar correos de bienvenida a los nuevos empleados, proporcionando información clave sobre su primer día y lo que pueden esperar. ● Proceso de Onboarding Gestionar y enviar invitaciones para las sesiones de onboarding, asegurando que todos los nuevos empleados estén informados y preparados. Preparar y llevar a cabo presentaciones de onboarding, asegurando una integración efectiva y rápida de los nuevos empleados.

Requisitos: ● Mínimo 1 a 2 años de experiencia en un rol administrativo en recursos humanos o una posición similar. ● Experiencia en la gestión de procesos de onboarding y en la administración de documentos y expedientes. ● Experiencia en conducir sesiones ante grupos grandes, tanto de manera presencial como virtual. ● Familiaridad con sistemas de recursos humanos como Bamboo HR o similares. ● Capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva. Extrovertido. ● Habilidad de anticiparse a las necesidades y resolver problemas de manera autónoma. ● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escrita como verbal. ● Inglés intermedio-avanzado ● Pasantes, recién graduados Admin, Psicología, Pedagogía
