¿Qué harás como Monitorista ?

Monitorear de forma continua los sistemas de videovigilancia (CCTV), detectando incidencias o riesgos potenciales.

Elaborar reportes diarios detallados que documenten las actividades de monitoreo y las incidencias identificadas.

Atender alertas de seguridad de manera oportuna, realizando seguimiento visual para la detección inmediata de incidentes.

Escalar incidencias de forma autónoma, evaluando su criticidad y notificando al Chief Information Security Officer para activar protocolos de respuesta.

Comunicar riesgos a las áreas de Seguridad, IT y Facilities mediante reportes periódicos y reuniones de seguimiento.

Verificar el cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad en sitio, supervisando accesos y movimientos para mitigar riesgos de fraude o intrusión.

Requisitos

Formación: Licenciatura trunca (mínimo requerido).

Experiencia: Al menos 1 año en monitoreo de sistemas CCTV, elaboración de reportes técnicos y coordinación con personal de seguridad.

Modalidad: Presencial (Onsite) en Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México.

Conocimientos

Operación de sistemas de videovigilancia CCTV y plataformas Hikvision.

Protocolos de seguridad física y gestión de incidentes.

Elaboración de reportes y control de bitácoras.

Identificación de riesgos en infraestructura y activos tecnológicos.

Habilidades

Observación analítica: Capacidad para detectar anomalías en tiempo real.

Comunicación asertiva: Claridad al reportar incidencias a distintos niveles organizacionales.

Toma de decisiones: Criterio para priorizar y escalar incidentes.

Redacción técnica: Síntesis clara y estructurada de eventos en reportes ejecutivos.
