Descrição da vaga

Responsável por executar e acompanhar análises laboratoriais, assegurando a qualidade, confiabilidade e rastreabilidade dos resultados. Atua também no acompanhamento dos processos operacionais e no suporte técnico à equipe, contribuindo para a padronização das atividades, o cumprimento dos procedimentos e a melhoria contínua dos indicadores de qualidade, produtividade e eficiência laboratorial.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar e acompanhar análises laboratoriais, garantindo a precisão e confiabilidade dos resultados.
  • Monitorar os processos laboratoriais, identificando desvios, oportunidades de melhoria e necessidades de adequação.
  • Orientar e oferecer suporte técnico à equipe, promovendo a padronização dos procedimentos e das boas práticas laboratoriais.
  • Acompanhar a distribuição das atividades e o fluxo de trabalho, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e a eficiência operacional.
  • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade, produtividade, recoletas, não conformidades e tempo de liberação dos exames.
  • Acompanhar controles internos e externos de qualidade, propondo e apoiando ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, normas de biossegurança e requisitos técnicos aplicáveis.
  • Apoiar o treinamento, a integração e o desenvolvimento técnico dos profissionais da equipe.
  • Identificar intercorrências técnicas e operacionais, atuando na resolução de problemas e no alinhamento com a liderança.
  • Acompanhar o funcionamento, a manutenção e as verificações de rotina dos equipamentos laboratoriais.
  • Contribuir para a atualização de procedimentos, otimização de recursos e melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Promover a comunicação e a integração entre a equipe técnica e os demais setores envolvidos na operação laboratorial.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Biomedicina ou Farmácia.
  • Registro profissional ativo no conselho regional competente.
  • Experiência em laboratório de análises clínicas, com domínio das rotinas e processos laboratoriais.
  • Conhecimento em controle de qualidade, biossegurança e gestão de não conformidades.
  • Capacidade de análise crítica, organização, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão técnica.
  • Habilidade para orientar equipes, acompanhar processos e contribuir para a melhoria dos resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para cumprir a jornada e a escala definidas para a função.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no acompanhamento técnico de equipes e processos laboratoriais.
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho, gestão da qualidade e melhoria contínua.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de informação laboratorial e ferramentas de acompanhamento de resultados.
  • Participação em projetos de padronização, otimização de processos ou desenvolvimento técnico de equipes.
