Negociação e Persuasão

  • Negociar com clientes de pequeno e médio porte (Pequenas e Médias Empresas) visando estabelecer uma relação "ganha-ganha" e garantindo os interesses da PS.
  • Identificar as características e motivadores de cada cliente para aplicar a abordagem comercial mais adequada a cada perfil.

Gestão do Pipeline de Vendas

  • Gerenciar oportunidades e relacionamentos comerciais em contas de pequeno e médio porte (Pequenas e Médias Empresas).
  • Realizar reuniões comerciais remotas com clientes e prospects e, se necessário, realizar visitas presenciais de fechamento.
  • Fornecer suporte em feiras e eventos para contatos de relacionamento com clientes e prospects.
  • Prospectar ativamente novas oportunidades comerciais.
  • Preparar e fornecer os documentos comerciais necessários para cada venda.
  • Acompanhar a implantação de prova de conceito (PDC) para seus clientes, elaborando e apresentando análises de resultados.
  • Acompanhar a devolução dos equipamentos enviados para demonstração.
  • Manter o sistema CRM constantemente atualizado, registrando todas as atividades, incluindo reuniões e negociações, além de revisar registros de clientes e prospects.
  • Acompanhar a concorrência quanto às práticas de preços e produtos oferecidos, repassando as informações à gestão comercial.

Colaboração

  • Participar de interações para troca de experiências de negociação com a equipe.
  • Participar dos treinamentos e avaliações estruturadas pela gestão

Foco em Resultado

  • Contribuir com ações (como planejar apresentações e reuniões para conhecer o segmento e personalizar o discurso), com foco no alcance de suas metas de vendas.

Responsabilidade

  • Desempenhar funções necessárias à execução de suas atividades para atingir metas e resultados.
  • Priorizar a atuação remota durante as negociações visando o maior retorno e o menor custo.

Formação

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Vendas, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência

  • Experiência prévia em vendas ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Conhecimento básico de técnicas de vendas, negociação e atendimento ao cliente.
  • Desejável familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management) para registro e acompanhamento de atividades comerciais.

Requisitos

  • Disponibilidade para viagens e participação em eventos externos, quando necessário.
