The posting

As a Delivery Manager at Plative, you will own delivery outcomes for a pod of NetSuite consultants and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will report to the Director of NetSuite Delivery. You will be responsible for:

(a) delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across engagements (b) coaching and developing a high-performing delivery team (c) commercial success through strong project execution and presales partnership

Plative moves fast and works in an agile way. In this role, you will directly shape how our customers and partners run their business on NetSuite.

Project Oversight & Delivery Leadership

  • Manage timeline, scope, budget, risk, team capacity, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements. Spot trends early and prevent issues before they escalate.
  • Build executive credibility with customer stakeholders. Learn their goals and priorities, and help them plan their roadmap, adoption, value realization, and future opportunities.
  • Run consistent project governance: status reporting, RAID logs, project plans, stakeholder alignment, and decision tracking. Raise governance standards across your pod.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and consultants to keep scope, requirements, and solution direction aligned. Catch misalignment early and shape solutions that are realistic, valuable, and commercially sound.
  • Act as the escalation point for your team internally and for customers externally. Handle escalations with urgency and structure, and calm tense situations to restore confidence.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and address concerns before they escalate. Use what you learn to improve the delivery experience, retention, and expansion potential.
  • Handle difficult customer and internal conversations directly and respectfully, with a focus on solutions. Keep Sales, Practice Leadership, and project teams aligned on risks and next steps.

Presales, Scoping & Commercial Judgment

  • Triage opportunity support requests from Sales. Assess delivery approach, complexity, timeline, staffing, assumptions, and risks so Sales has a credible delivery voice in the deal.
  • Lead scoping by identifying workstreams, resource needs, milestones, dependencies, and risks. Surface gaps early and challenge assumptions.
  • Partner with architects and consultants to connect solution design decisions to business outcomes, feasibility, team capacity, budget, and customer expectations.
  • Make delivery recommendations with a clear view of budget, margin, utilization, and customer value. Balance customer needs, delivery quality, and Plative profitability.
  • Find organic expansion opportunities within existing accounts and bring them to Sales and Practice Leadership.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hold weekly 1:1s with direct reports on priorities, blockers, feedback, development, workload, and morale. Use them to coach, build trust, and improve performance.
  • Hold recurring development conversations about goals, skill gaps, and career interests. Build clear development plans that help people grow into larger roles.
  • Give timely, balanced feedback that reinforces strengths and addresses gaps. Coach team members to build both technical and consulting judgment.
  • Check in regularly on workload, engagement, burnout risk, and team sentiment. Build a high-trust, high-accountability culture where people feel supported.
  • Work with the Central PMO to staff projects. Balance customer needs, utilization, and individual development goals.
  • Set clear expectations on delivery quality, communication, utilization, customer presence, and ownership. Tie those expectations to business outcomes and career growth.
  • Identify performance concerns early. Address them directly with documentation and support, and bring in the People team at the right time.
  • Give specific, thoughtful input on talent planning, performance reviews, promotion readiness, and succession planning.

Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive consistent delivery standards, documentation, and methodology adoption across your pod.
  • Identify systemic delivery gaps. Lead practical improvements to tools, templates, workflows, governance, or methodology.
  • Keep project tracking, time entry, forecasting, status updates, and documentation accurate. Build strong operating rhythms and hold your team to Plative process.
  • Contribute to retrospectives, lessons learned, templates, and enablement. Build reusable assets that make the broader team stronger.
  • Support workforce planning by flagging capacity needs, skill gaps, staffing risks, and upcoming demand. Take part in structured interviews and candidate evaluation.
  • Improve delivery through new tools, methods, automation, and AI-enabled practices. Model AI-native behavior and help others build fluency.
  • Lead teams through change with clarity, empathy, and accountability. Champion better ways of working across the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
