Uma posição para quem gosta de propor, executar e ver o resultado no dia a dia da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Liderar a evolução da identidade visual da PLATLOG e garantir sua aplicação consistente em uniformes, crachás, ambientes, sinalização e materiais internos;• Zelar pelos padrões de apresentação e comportamento da empresa;• Gerir e aprimorar os canais de comunicação interna (TVs, murais, WhatsApp corporativo, comunicados da liderança), garantindo alcance em todos os turnos;• Planejar e executar campanhas de endomarketing, como segurança, metas, datas comemorativas e SIPAT, em parceria com o SESMT;• Apoiar o RH nas iniciativas de marca empregadora, incluindo página de carreiras, LinkedIn e integração de novos colaboradores;• Organizar eventos internos e ações de reconhecimento;• Dar visibilidade às conquistas da empresa e das pessoas;• Gerir fornecedores e agências parceiras;• Acompanhar indicadores de engajamento e comunicação junto ao RH.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:• Ensino superior completo em Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Design ou áreas afins;• Experiência em comunicação interna e endomarketing;• Experiência em projetos de identidade visual ou padronização de marca;• Domínio de Canva, pacote Adobe ou ferramentas similares;• Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Jundiaí/SP.Desejáveis:• Experiência em logística, indústria ou operações com vários turnos;• Vivência em empresas em crescimento acelerado;• Experiência com organização de eventos corporativos.Informações adicionais• Local: Jundiaí/SP• Modelo: presencial
